Dr. Wagner Loyola
Holds a bachelor's degree in biomedicine from the State University of Londrina (1987), a master's degree in Microbiology from the State University of Londrina (2001) and a doctorate in microbiology from the State University of Londrina (Brazil) (2007). Currently a researcher at Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa). Acted as professor of immunology at the State University of Northern Paraná (Brazil). Worked as an ad hoc external advisor at the State University of Londrina in extension projects. Has experience in Immunology, with emphasis in Cellular Immunology, working mainly in the following subjects: macrophages, vaccine, public health, animal health, neutrophils and phagocytic cells.
